CIAO was created by Kaisa Orav, a mother who, during her pregnancy, became acutely aware of what goes on her body and the impact of personal care products on the environment. Struggling to find a deodorant that was both effective and eco-friendly, she decided to develop her own.

“I wanted something simple, effective, and kind to both my skin and the planet,” Kaisa explains. Collaborating with a research laboratory and a chemist, she crafted a natural deodorant formula that blends nature and science. For Kaisa, CIAO is not just about creating a product, but about inspiring a change in how we approach personal care.
